2009/2010 Campaign

"Peace, Love & Live United!" is the theme for this year's campaign and Living United is what we're all about!  According to this year's Campaign Chairman, Bill Patterson, of Alliance Health Center, "Our main focus of this year's campaign is to bring awareness to the needs of all of our 15 agencies and their programs. It will take all of us working together to raise the money needed to support the Partner Agencies and it is our goal to ensure that everyone in our community has the opportunity to contribute."

While United Way of East Mississippi is not stating an official goal, Interim Campaign Director, Jennifer McCraw stated that, "We must reach the $800,000 goal so that we can restore our Partner Agencies to the level of previous allocations."  Every agency has had an increase in the numbers of clients served, so of course their costs have gone up this year.  It takes all of us giving a little and that will add up to a lot!

Pledges to the United Way of East Mississippi are made through Corporate Employee Campaigns, individual, and corporate gifts.  Please visit our Camapign Materials page for items such as our brochure, pledge form and on-line donation link.
