INCOME TAX PREPARATION TRAINING OPPORTUNITY

The United Way of East Mississippi through its Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is offering a free training session to certify individuals as IRS tax preparers.  The training will be conducted at the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program Office located at 721 Front Street Ext. Suite 760, Meridian, MS 39301, on September 14-15, 2011 from 8:00 a.m.

2011-2012 CAMPAIGN CHAIRMEN ANNOUNCED

John Anderson of Anderson Regional Medical Center and Gregg Bott of Bott Technology Solutions have been announced as the 2011-2012 Campaign Chairmen for the United Way of East Mississippi's Community Campaign.  This year's community goal will be unveiled on September 8, 2011.  For more information on how you or your business can contribute to this year's campaign, contact Sara Carmichael at 601-693-2732.
