Cole currently serves as executive director of Multi-County Community Service Agency (MCCSA), a charitable organization committed to helping solve the problems of the poor, including employment, education, housing, nutrition, emergency services, income management and economic development. During her tenure at MCCSA, Cole has served in various capacities on local, state and national boards including LOVE, Inc., Mississippi United to End Homelessness Coalition, Greater Meridian Health Clinic, The Mental Health Association, The Dallas Home Loan Bank, the Work Force Investment Council of South Mississippi, and the Mississippi Association of Community Action Agencies.
